Buy Your Tickets on Day 1, 2/4!

Remember the dance marathon & the total exhaustion around a big town event? “Not an early bird” either?! Buy your Fan Fest tickets on the day we launch (2/4) & you can check in on Thursday evening (10/16) & sleep in Friday morning before we get started! We’ll have a welcome event Thursday night for those who bought tickets on 2/4 to say thanks for supporting us early!

Want to be an Ambassador?

The Ambassador Program was created to reward attendees who invite new attendees to Fan Fest by helping us spread the word on social media and in their day-to-day conversations! We refer to new attendees as newcomers sometimes too.

For the purpose of this contest, “new” guests include those who:
1. Haven’t ever been to a fall Fan Fest event!
2. Didn’t attend in ‘24, but will return in ‘25
*if you were new to Fan Fest for the cruise, you’re still a newcomer!

Our hope is to see more returning faces attend & make new friends!

When you invite potential attendees to Fan Fest, make sure you ask them to list your name as the ambassador on their ticket purchase. That’s the only way we can give you credit!

From the day tickets launch, 2/4, through 9/1 (or until we sell out), we’ll keep track of those named as “Ambassadors”. There will be a designated place to name an ambassador when you buy your tickets online.

Please note that ambassadors can only be named for new attendees, or those returning to Fan Fest after missing the 2024 event.

What this DOES mean is that you can go into any public fandom groups (if they allow it) and talk about Fan Fest while asking people to name you as an ambassador. You can do this as often as you like, jumping in to share your experience, commenting about meeting cast, sharing photos or to answer questions about the community. Be respectful of the group rules, but if it’s allowed go ahead and share details in public with the hopes that attendees will name you as the ambassador that told them about Fan Fest!

*You can also use your own public social media accounts to talk about Fan Fest (TikTok, Reddit, Twitter, FB, Insta, etc.)

If you’re bringing a friend, parent, sibling or child (etc.) for the first time or after a gap year, they count as “newcomers” too.

What do I get for being an Ambassador? And, what does my Newcomer get from it?

*Any newcomer that names one of the Top 15 Ambassadors will be invited to a special event on Friday after the official welcome. All cast/crew members will be invited to this gathering too.

Top 15 Ambassadors
-Early check in Thursday night
-1 ticket to the Friday Ambassador event
-3 reserved seats inside the tent, for all seated events/panels (one for you & up to 2 friends — they don’t need to be on your original ticket this year)
-15 “Skip the Line” tickets for Meet & Greets (use them all for yourself or share them with the friends you’re with)
-A commemorative ambassador pin to identify yourself!
-$60 credit (a 15% discount) for a future Fan Fest event (on land or sea, if you’re cruising with us!)

In addition to the rewards of the Top 15 Ambassadors, the #1 tippy-top ambassador will receive all of the privileges of the Top 15 Ambassadors, plus:
-A group photo with the entire cast
-$405 to put towards a future Fan Fest event
-A giant THANK YOU from the Fan Fest!
