The name change fee is for those who decide to sell their ticket to someone else after their original purchase (we get it, sometimes your plans change).

After the name change fee is paid, the ORIGINAL ticket owner must email us from the email address they purchased their original ticket from & tell us who the new ticket holder should be. Emails need to be sent to hello@thefanfestsociety.com & the new ticket holder should be copied on the email so we can verify that the switch has been made!
